Installation Problem - "Oops, something went wrong"

Hi all,

Running a self hosted solution but struggling to get through the installer.

Database connects fine and admin account gets created, but during the wizard - once you get to the currencies selection page not only can I not delete the US Dollar, but even if I add my own currency OR ignore this and continue with US Dollar, a small box comes up on the left stating "Oops, something went wrong".

I've reinstalled a number of times using fresh copies of the app but it always hits the same point and fails.

Currently trying to complete a 3.1.12-Stable build. Utilising MariaDB and IIS on Windows Server 2019.

What do I need to provide in order to get this fixed? Or has anyone else come across this and can help me out!
