Migration from on-premise to cloud

Hey,

I'm using Akaunting on-premise and thinking about migrating to cloud. I have some questions here and would be glad if someone could answer.

1) What is the best way to do such kind of migration? Manually Export/Import everything? Is there any migration guide hidden somewhere? At the moment, on-premise version is 1.3.10
2) Where could I find a list of banks that Bank Feeds support?
