New Onpremise Install getting : Action Required You have...

New on premise install, getting this message:
Action Required
You have reached the maximum number of invoices allowed for your plan. You can delete the unused ones or click here to review the plans and upgrade.
How can I fix this?

Never mind. It cleared itself up. Apparently it needed time to update the license on the web site.
