No option to import transactions ?

Fresh cloud company. Have confirmed Import Pro is installed and have even removed and reinstalled it but am not getting an option to import transactions from the Company > Banking > Transactions menu.

User is the only user and has Manager role, which has Special > Import Pro access.

Import pro is supposed to provide this functionality.. Any ideas where this option might be, or how to access it?

OMG, I needed to add a dummy transaction to a bank account to get the Import Transactions option to become available.
