Stuck on 1.3.18

After some troubleshooting I`ve found that for me at that point the problem was the php version (7.0), after upgrading I got stuck in login page, it just doest log in...

not sure what this exactly does but I am facing the following error when trying to "migrate"

You should not run migrate command but use the Akaunting update commands or interface.

The only way is to restore a backup and try again.

You can also try to upload the files of 1.3.17 over the current ones, backup before.
