Update by web interface?

Is it still possible to update Akaunting 3.x via the web interface? I'm getting notifications for version 3.1.4 but can't find the link to actually install them like used to be possible in version 2.x.

I have the link in mine, it's a notification in the left panel at the bell icon. I tried to update to 3.1.4 but it generates an error during the time it starts to copy the extractted files. It states it is missing the class DOMDocument so not able to finish the upgrade. I am running this as a self hosted installation on Ubuntu 22.04.

Thanks for that, but there's nothing clickable in there for me. Here's what I can see: https://postimg.cc/gallery/Z4s9vf7

Also self hosted on Ubuntu.

Same for me (nothing clickable).
Does anyone take care about that? Or has the functionality been removed?

Running 3.17 (from May 2nd) at the moment and got a notification to upgrade to 3.1.8.
Self-hosted at All-Inkl...

Kind regards, Sascha

From another post: You can manually open https:////install/updates to get to the inplace update page and update from there. However the way is "humble" a bit.
Kind regards

Thank you for that link!

I could get to the update button for web via `/install/updates` URL.

Puzzling none of that is obvious in the interface though! Hopefully gets changed in a future version to make web updating easy like it used to be on the 2.x branch. ;)
