Hi, I am getting the same error, "Not able to get the latest version of core" during upgrade from 2.1.24 to 2.1.28. It get to 40% on web and stopped. I went into SSH and did a manual update, and see error "not able to get latest version core."

I had tried Pqb solution as well, same error.
Any suggestion to overcome this error?

Thanks All,
