Permissions by company

How can I allow a user to create users and assign permissions for his company only, and can not see other companies' users or edit them.
If that not available. Could you please guide me the best way to do so following akauting structure.

Hi Omar,
You can create a user and you can choose which companies he/she will be accessing then according to that user's role you can choose the related permissions as you wish from the right up side with clicking to the avatar icon.
